ICA-Pak
ICA-Pak is the easiest do-it-yourself paneling insulation you can find, and at a great price. ICA-Pak is precut to fit between wall studs. Simply install furring strips at 16 on center and fit the panels between the strips. ICA-Pak gives the paneling support and reduces impact damage while insulating your walls. Cover with a fire rated panel such as gypsum, and apply finish paneling or paint.
Each package of six pieces will cover 32 square feet, the size of one four foot by eight foot panel when installed with furring strips. Each piece is 3/4″ x 13-5/8″ x 48″ and has an R-value of 2.9 at 1 lb. density. ICA-Pak is packaged 6 pieces per bag and 12 bags per bundle.
