ICA-Tile

Specially made to melt out of a suspended ceiling grid system, ICA-Tile is Factory Mutual approved for installing below an automatic sprinkler system.  Just lay the two by four foot panel in the grid.  The tiles may be removed and cleaned with mild soap and water.  They can be painted with a water based paint, but doing so will void the Factory Mutual approval.

ICA-Tiles are available in ½” and 1″ thicknesses.

½” ICA-Tile is packaged 70 pieces per stretch-wrapped bundle.

1” ICA-Tile is packaged 35 pieces per stretch-wrapped bundle.

Long term service temperature of ICA-Tile is 167° F.  Care should be taken not to use ICA-Tile near heater vents, steam pipes, chimneys, or any other surface that has a potential of 150° F or more.

Although ICA-Tile is manufactured from beads modified with a fire retardant additive, it should be considered combustible.
