Insulation Company of America (ICA) supplies geofoam blocks for road reconstruction projects. These blocks are used as a soil substitute for stability and cost effectiveness. This was the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation’s first statewide geofoam project. Watch the video slideshow below of PennDOT’s, Joseph B.
